Ron established Pinecrest Physical Therapy in the spring of 2005 after working in several different clinical settings throughout the country.  Since that time, he has worked to evaluate and treat clients with various orthopedic and neurological conditions, helping them return to an active lifestyle.  Whether it is rehabilitation or reconditioning high-level athletes from high school to a professional level, Ron's passion has always been to help our patients regain their form and to return to their sport.

Chrystina Casas graduated from Florida State University in 2012 with a Bachelor in Exercise Science. She started as a student volunteer in Key Biscayne and shortly worked her way up to running the daily operations of the clinic. In 2014 she moved to the Pinecrest location where she has assisted the company in expanding to over 8 locations. In her free time she likes to take classes at The Bar Method and hang out with her family and 2 dogs.

Greg graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2015 then completed a residency specializing in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Greg grew up playing baseball in Pembroke Pines and is able to implement this knowledge with injury prevention training for all types of athletes. Greg’s passion is treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries but has experience working with patients with chronic pain and cancer-related issues.

Desaly is a Miami native who received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2017. While receiving her Bachelor's degree at Wake Forest University, she sparked her interest for physical therapy during a research study looking at the effects of dance rehab on Parkinson's patients. As a former dancer and current dance teacher, Desaly has integrated her love and knowledge for dance into her everyday work as a therapist. Her interests range from the arts to sports and are highly committed to engaging herself into the path of orthopedic rehabilitation and injury prevention. Desaly is fluent in both English and Spanish. 

Natalie graduated from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Miami in 2012.  Natalie is a native of Miami, Florida and is fluent in Spanish.  Natalie has worked with a diverse patient population at various settings and works with autistic children.  Her interests are in orthopedics, geriatrics and pediatrics, and she has experience with Pilates.

Tamara graduated from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Florida International University in 2016.  Her passion for rehabilitating sports injuries stems from her personal experiences overcoming her own injuries as a young athlete.  She was a part of the Miami Dade College softball team which captured the NJCAA D1 title in 2010 and later returned as a pitching coach for one season.  She now enjoys being physically active and helping her patients return to their pain-free lifestyles.

Richard graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2014. During his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, he completed his degree in Exercise Science. After completing his final internship with us, Richard was invited to join our staff as a licensed physical therapist. His areas of interest include sports related injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, and injury prevention.  As a Miami native, Richard speaks Spanish, enjoys being physically active and looks forward to spending his free time fishing.

Becca is from Baltimore, Maryland and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from the University of Miami. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. As a former competitive gymnast and collegiate cheerleader at UM, Becca developed her passion for athletic injury rehabilitation and prevention. Becca enjoys being physically active and coaching gymnastics. 

Michael completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2018. As a former competitive ice hockey player, Michael takes great interest in athletic performance, strength & conditioning, and rehabilitation/injury prevention. Michael was an intern at our Doral Physical Therapy clinic and has transitioned into his role as a member of our team. As a Miami native, Michael is fluent in both English and Spanish. Michael enjoys remaining active by playing hockey and working out.

As a graduate of the 2008 DPT class of the University of Miami, Kevin focuses his efforts in the rehabilitation of high school and collegiate athletes.  As a former baseball player and pitching coach, Kevin brings a special skill set to our facility as compared to other therapy clinics.  After completing his clinical internship with us, Kevin returned to our clinic as a licensed therapist.  In addition, Kevin was also the recipient of the Leadership award for his graduating physical therapy class.

David graduated from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy class of 2012 from Florida International University, and was the recipient of the 'Achievement in Clinical Education' award.  His areas of interest include orthopedic and sports-related injuries and rehabilitation.  He is also interested in injury prevention training for every type of athlete.  David brings a history of playing baseball and enjoys being physically active.

Natalie graduated from the Doctor of Physical Therapy class of 2010 from the University of Miami with honors.  Natalie has interests in health promotion and wellness and specializes in rehabilitating orthopedic and sports-related injuries.  Natalie enjoys being physically active and participating in triathlons.

Before joining Pinecrest Physical Therapy, Montsy spent 6 years at Jackson Memorial Hospital working with a diverse population.  Her experience with post-surgical patients ranges from orthopedic and neurological trauma to adolescent and postpartum rehabilitation.  With her certification in lymphedema management, Montsy has worked with post-mastectomy women to reduce upper extremity swelling as well as plastic surgery cases in order to improve cosmetic outcomes.  She has also been involved with local university physical therapy programs, including Florida International University and the University of Miami, participating in student training and internship programs.

Carly is from St. Petersburg, FL and moved to Miami in 2012.  She began her career in Physical Therapy while living in Charlotte, NC, where she worked in various settings.  Her interests are in orthopedics, wellness and geriatrics, and she also has experience with yoga and Pilates.  Carly works in the clinic, and is also the Home Health Liaison for Pinecrest Physical Therapy.
